Please be aware that genuine leather is a natural product. Over time, and especially with use, it can stretch and mold to its contents. This characteristic is a testament to its authenticity and should be considered before initiating a return.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original, new condition. Used or stretched leather products will not be accepted.
- Personalized merchandise is non-returnable, except in cases of our error.

Shipping and Handling
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
- If your returned item is not received, we cannot process the refund. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary.
